The Ear Nose & Throat Centre of Hong Kong Limited was established in 2000 in Central by Dr. Simon H.W. Wong, a Sydney University graduate of 1988, who has years of experience as a private otorhinolaryngologist. His concept of "one-stop ENT service" was unique and innovative in the private ENT field. Our vision of building a strong professional team with otorhinolaryngologists, speech therapists and clinical audiologists has successfully withstood the impacts of the Asian financial and SARS crisis around the turn of the millennium.

New Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui

Our 8th anniversary in 2008 was benchmarked by the grand opening of the Kowloon Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. With both conveniently and prestigiously located Centres occupying almost 10,000 sq ft of floor space, we are now serving customers in every district of HKSAR. Our facilities include:

• 5 fully equipped ENT treatment rooms;
• 1 state-of-the-art operating theatre;
• 12 medical consultation rooms;
• 7 speech therapy training suites; and
• 3 audiology rooms conforming to international standards.

We also have spacious and comfortable reception areas, recovery rooms, VIP suites and children’s consultations rooms to cater for different needs of our clients.

With our heavy commitment and investment, we have also gained confidence, trust and recognition from clients from Macau and Mainland China as well as international expatriates. There has been extension of our services to all private hospitals and over 40 schools. We are also networked to major medical insurance companies such as BUPA, AIA, HSBC Insurance, and Blue Cross to serve their valued corporate clients through contracts. Our caring speech therapists and audiologists regularly provide home service for patients with speech, swallowing and hearing problems. On the academic side, we have honorary teaching commitments for both HKU and CUHK. We also actively participate in joint projects with the Institute of Education and various charity foundations.

Team of Professionals

As of August 2009, our experienced and caring team comprises of a core of dedicated full-time professionals including:

• 4 otorhinolaryngologists;
• 8 speech therapists;
• 3 clinical audiologists;
• and ever increasing registered nurses

It is our firm belief that team effort with gathered expertise provides the safest, most efficient and exceptional medical management and outcome. Different members of our medical division possess special interests in voice surgery, Laser surgery, advanced endoscopic surgery, sleep surgery, head & neck surgery, skull base surgery and facial plastic surgery. From our experience, joint consultations or surgery almost always produce better support, solutions and results. Our speech therapy division is also subspecialized in voice therapy, Vitalstim, functional endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES), dyslexia, play therapy and counseling service. Our audiology department sources the best hearing aids of world-renowned brands such as Phonak, Oticon and Sonic Innovation. We always recommend the best products to our clients according to their medical and financial needs.
